Why can't you just do what people ask?! Is it coming out of your pocket? 3 times now I've asked for extra cheese and extra... lettuce. WHY do you offer it if you're not going to do it?! I would even be willing to pay more FOR WHAT I WANT. How do I know Ididn't get the extra I asked for? My friends also got bowls and didn't ask for extra ANYTHING and our bowls looked the same.It's laziness at best. Being cheap at worst. We're a corporate office. Well, I will start off saying the nachos were yummy and the service was fast... That said, both my gf and I had food poisoning... the next day. I would say, hey, maybe it was something else, but... This is the only food/meal we had shared. We both had thesame symptoms for 1.5 days. I eat lots of Mexican food and the hottest hot sauces, so I have a strong stomach, but the bacteriawon. Read more

I was going to order a burrito and the girl who was asking me about the ingredients was like in a hurry and seemed mad. I... understand that probably they had many orders but when we arrived there were just three groups waiting and she wasn't respectingthe guidelines about being 6 feets apart because she was pushing and continously asking about what more ingredients I wanted. She didn't even let me read the ingredients and because she continued pushing I made my order wrong because I'm not familiarwith the ingredients in this place. We used to like Qdoba, but this definitely changed our opinion of it. The two of us got bowls - they were both extremely bland,... the rice was mushy, and the vegetables were burnt. We definitely won't be going back to this location at the very least. Read more
