I WATCHED THEM DROP A CARRY OUT PIZZA ON THE FLOOR AND RE-PACKAGE IT. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!!! Attached... is a picture of what my order looked like when I opened the bag. Three wrong orders in a row and every time something wasmissing like salad dressing for a salad or completely wrong items. They were repeatedly at least 15-30 min late on the orderready time. I tried to contact the restaurant and they gave me a phone number to call that was not open on the weekends.Horrible experience and completely un-sanitary food handling. Read more

Gave this RR a 3 but it seems a bit all over the place. First off, the food here is better than the other RR in the area. Bar... service was good. The disconnect is with the people bringing the food out. No personal or socials whatsoever. I stick has morethan they did. Not sure what was going on or if they're understaffed but it seemed consistent across the board. Wasn't greetedas I walked in. In this post-COVID time, I wouldn't get slack on service. This place disappointed me many years ago on my birthday and I never forgot it. But that's not why I'm leaving this review right... now. I just ordered takeout dinner for my family, they messed up almost every item, and left off a huge portion of my order. Ihad to return to the Red Robin three times. The young ladies that work here especially at the counter, they barely can evenspeak much less provide adequate customer service. They don't seem to understand English I'm not trying to be rude, but theydon't understand people's names? A single online order that they just can't get right. While I'm sitting here waiting for themto repair one item and replace one item that they never even gave me, there's another person in here complaining about the factthat he didn't get half of his orders as well. Service so slow. Sheena is the one check my order . She has the food but didn't give me . She just hang around and talking with... another employee. It's been many years since my last visit to a Red Robin. I oreded the Steakhouse burger it was ok. It sez A1 sauce ... I think I... tasted some ... kinda. The burger was under a heat lamp for a bit, the cheese was still perfectly square and room temperature.The fries were a joke, hard and beyond crispy, could use them as a blow dart. I got a chicken sandwich and it was not very good. Fries were also very average. The ice cream machine was down too so the... milkshakes we came here for were a no go. Also they play the "Red Robin yummm" every 30 minutes and that was distressing. Thewait staff were very nice though and they had a very cool The Dude poster by the bathroom. Read more

We ordered a Haystack Tavern Double with steak fries, then they brought out Reds Tavern Double with onion rings. I said that... this is not what I ordered. The waitresses looked totally confused and just stood there. I did not want to send it backbecause I thought they would do something to my food. She then said that she would fix it, and took it back and i was hesitant. She then brought out a burger, the wrong one and some fries. I told her that this is not what I ordered. She then arguedwith me and said this is what she heard me say. She never asked to fix her problem, but expected me to just keep the food thatI did not order. She had Big attitude and not friendly. Not to mention that she had extremely long fake nails, so she morethan likely typed in the wrong items because she can not do work with her nails that long.
