Delicious. Only downside was their 5 level spicy was not Thai spicy. More like medium spicy (compared to Thai chilis)

Simply Thai was absolutely ???? GREAT! This was one of the establishments that we visited out at Southcenter. Food was a take... out. All I can say, is that we left nothing, LOL! Conveniently located from were we stayed at Hilton Home 2 Suites. A drive to,rather than a walk. Customer service was quick as we were greeted with a Smile. My wife and I use to love this place but their service lately has been severely lacking. The food itself is still delicious, but... twice we ordered through their website and they "claimed" they never received our orders, even after showing them the ordernumbers after we had paid for each order. This resulted in TWICE having to wait an extra half hour to receive an order that wasalready VERIFIED through their website. I highly suggest calling in directly to the restaurant for a better ordering experienceinstead of ordering through the website! Read more
Menu is online, delicious food would come here again if I?m in the area. The fresh rolls and peanut sauce is always a must to... order. I liked my partners order better kee mao, as it had more flavor than phad thai . They do need to update their prices ontheir online menu!! It is misleading. The staff was a bit confusing on the sense who is your server, seemed like they all servedeveryone. So I wouldn?t know to whom the tip would go. Recommend if you?re in the area! Read more

Lovely setting with a menu for everyone. My party all said their dishes were amazing, mine was unfortunately bland so recommend... ordering something other than the fried rice. Ordered a 4/5 spicy which felt like it was a 0. Also clear that they're sufferingfrom the service shortage as we couldn't get a server to look at our table to order more food and get the check even when wavingor standing and approaching them. My experience wasn't great, but since everyone in my party disagrees I'm splitting thedifference. Thanks and good luck! Read more
