Staff has very little knowledge on menu and items
This Subway was very nice. It was fully staffed with cheerful and dedicated employees. They greeted us with a friendly smile... and wished us a good day on our departure. The overall experience was uncomfortable. We wanted to order two gluten free sandwiches and a protein bowl. When we asked for... the gluten free bread we were told they didn?t have any, so instead we ordered salads. The salads were only half the usualamount and they didn?t even have enough lettuce for the protein bowl. The lettuce that we did revive was brown and wilted. Customer service is wonderful here. I went to the other local subway and it was awful, now I come here. I ordered the Philly... sandwich. It is what I expected, I didn't expect much. I think next time I will get the peppers toasted with the sandwich. I asked for extra pickles and got plenty. The place was clean and well lit. A little chilly inside. Read more
