Just drove all the way here and walked in sign said open website said open and the guy behind the counter said sorry we just... closed! I asked him why the sign claimed differently and the website, he said ahh you know 7?..7:30! And people can?t figure outwhy their businesses fail??? Read more
Sign by door was lit ?OPEN?, door was unlocked, and when I walked in, the young lady says, ?we?re closed?. I checked website... hours and it stated that they are open until 8pm on Thursday. Huh?? Then lock door, turn off lit open sign and state true hourson door! This has happened to me twice now. Interesting way to run a business. Read more
Food was good but very overpriced. $2.35 each for a spoonful of Guac?? Probably won't go there again. We do love Taco del Mars... and there seem to be fewer of them around. The one near us has closed. ='+( Read more
My burrito with pork was good, my husband liked his taco with shredded beef was good, my daughter did not like her hard shell... tacos was soggy, fell apart and lady didnt listen and put way to much sour cream. She made food in front of us and we directedher what we wanted. Read more
Where do I begin with this review, I contemplated not even writing the review because obviously you do not know the... circumstances behind the situation but I feel its only fair to share the experience that I had here. I placed on line orderthat was supposes to be ready for pick up at 7:08pm. I placed the online order to avoid having to wait along period of time.When I arrived at 7:07pm I told the lady behind the counter I was here for the pick up order. She looked at me and said Ihaven't even started on this. Mind you she never even greeted us as we entered the building. Time went on and its now 7:25 andshe still had not started our order and was helping people who had just came in. I ordered my food ahead of time to avoid thewait and feel like my online order should of been ahead the people who came in after I was there who did not have online orders.I finally got my order and left at 7:48pm. Even thought my order was suppose to be ready at 7:08pm. The lady who was workingthere was not in a pleasant mood at all. As mentioned before she did not greet us when we arrived nor the other folks who camein. There was us and another person waiting and when another customer came in the door she literally threw her tongs down. Notprofessional at all. I am not sure if someone called in sick or they are short staffed or if it was close to closing time butthis whole experience is not what I would want for my customer. Absolutely the slowest service ever. The nacho cheese sauce was totally watered down. My corn tortillas were very dried out. ... The food was so cold the cheese didn't even melt on the taco or burrito. Very disappointing as there isn't a taco del mar inthe town I live in so haven't been a very long time. Read more
I've had better from this same place. Only one employee working so I get that she was a bit overwhelmed. She gave me the wrong... meat in my burrito but with the line of people behind me I didn't want to make her day worse by pointing that out. Read more
