Most times they're fantastic , definitely don't skip out on this spot if you like affordable sushi ( with the ayce bar ). But... with fresh ingredients and unique different chiefs you might get unlucky sometimes, however even on those days I have had afairly enjoyable time. When I arrived, there wasalready a long waiting list and my spot was saved. I hung out at the mall and the wait was about an hour and 15 minutes.Recommend to possibly call ahead of time to reserve a spot. The buffet was at the bar and not in the dining area. When Iarrived, I was seated at the bar by my server Jesse and he was very friendly and welcoming. He introduced me to sushi chefHunter who was very attentive to my requests and menu orders. I asked him for his recommendations and he gave feedback on someof his favorites, including specialty rolls the "Trump" as well as "Miles". I was fascinated by the use of the blowtorch as heseared some of the sushi and let me take some pictures while he was preparing the rolls. I ended up ordering two appetizers (theTrappers Bites and Tempura Shrimp), two nigiris, and five rolls total. Overall, I was very satisfied by the quality of the foodand the portions were surprisingly generous! (I was amazed at the amount of pieces per specialty roll.) The different varietieswere interesting and it was fun trying out the different ingredients that made up the specific rolls. Pretty standard spot by mall sushi standards. The real draw is that they do all-you-can-eat sushi. The AYCE menu had a lot of... options to pick from which let's you customize and try a ton of different rolls. I went with a group of 7 and we got to sit atthe bar and have one sushi chef in charge of all of our orders. I was able to get through 5 rounds before feeling absolutelyfull.
