Pretty standard spot by mall sushi standards. The real draw is that they do all-you-can-eat sushi. The AYCE menu had a lot of... options to pick from which let's you customize and try a ton of different rolls. I went with a group of 7 and we got to sit atthe bar and have one sushi chef in charge of all of our orders. I was able to get through 5 rounds before feeling absolutelyfull. Overall, this is a great deal and I would definitely check it out again. Lots of mall parking directly in front of therestaurant. Read more

Wonderful chef, made puns all night (but left us alone as well so it's not like he was annoying) and even let us order our next... while we were eating for AYCE. Very clean environment and no loud blaring music! Took us a tiny bit to get the check and getgoing but it's ok Read more

Was in the area for work related business and stopped here for lunch with a coworker. I got the eel roll and it was very fresh,... tasty, melt in my mouth delicious! Great brown sauce too, as well as the seaweed salad. Would love to come back and try morerolls. Read more

Most times they're fantastic , definitely don't skip out on this spot if you like affordable sushi ( with the ayce bar ). But... with fresh ingredients and unique different chiefs you might get unlucky sometimes, however even on those days I have had afairly enjoyable time. If you're here for dinner, the miles, marvelous, trump, barakade are fantastic and on my roster everytime I visit. The premium rolls are a little cream cheese heavy so I recommend alternating between the premium ones and thelong rolls Read more

Good value for All-You-Can-Eat sushi buffet in Southcenter. Pros: ???? Delicious sushi, creative and lots of variety. ????... Friendly and efficient service. ???? Fun and casual atmosphere ???? Good sushi buffet value at $35/person. ????Generousportions ???? Dinner buffet includes both lunch/dinner menu options. Cons: ???? Long-wait time for buffet ???? Someingredients/items may not be available due to stock and high demand. ???? Ken's Takeaway: Went to Trapper's to try out theirAYCE (All-You-Can-Eat) sushi dinner buffet which was $35/person (they also have a lunch buffet). When I arrived, there wasalready a long waiting list and my spot was saved. I hung out at the mall and the wait was about an hour and 15 minutes.Recommend to possibly call ahead of time to reserve a spot. The buffet was at the bar and not in the dining area. When Iarrived, I was seated at the bar by my server Jesse and he was very friendly and welcoming. He introduced me to sushi chefHunter who was very attentive to my requests and menu orders. I asked him for his recommendations and he gave feedback on someof his favorites, including specialty rolls the "Trump" as well as "Miles". I was fascinated by the use of the blowtorch as heseared some of the sushi and let me take some pictures while he was preparing the rolls. I ended up ordering two appetizers (theTrappers Bites and Tempura Shrimp), two nigiris, and five rolls total. Overall, I was very satisfied by the quality of the foodand the portions were surprisingly generous! (I was amazed at the amount of pieces per specialty roll.) The different varietieswere interesting and it was fun trying out the different ingredients that made up the specific rolls. I guess one of the onlydownsides was that they were out of some ingredients (scallop and mackerel nigiri), but that was understandable considering thedemand and available stock (I was there around 7pm). I think what was the best part of the whole experience was the value. I k Read more

This place have serious long wait time for their Sushi buffet. Make sure you call in beforehand. We called in, but still had to... wait more than an hour to get called. Other than that their Sushi wasn’t bad even though I felt bloated the entire night. Read more

This chain has always had consistent quality food, but what really made our experience 5 star was our server Anthony Palacio. We... weren't sure which rolls were good, so we told Anthony to pick his favorites and give those to us. He did not disappoint!! Therolls were delicious and the conversation was excellent. Thank you Anthony! I really hope your boss sees this! Read more

All-you-can-eat sushi is the way to go (dinner is $35, lunch is $25). There aren’t many seats so the wait times can be... ridiculous, BUT you can order sushi à-la-carte. The special Charlie roll is an absolute MUST. Probably the best sushi rollI’ve ever had and the chef who was preparing it made it extra saucy which was even better !! I love the variety they provideand will definitely be coming back. Read more
