I was visiting the area from out of town and googled places to order food to take back to my hotel. On 6/25/22 I ordered food... online. The website took my order, payment, and gave me a pick up time. I drove to the restaurant only to find a hand writtensign on the door that they were closed on 6/25 and 6/26. Bummed, but it was what it was. I assumed the charge would not postthrough my account. Well I checked a couple days later and the charge for the food order I never received did indeed post. Icalled and spoke to a manager on 7/2. They assured me that they had credited back my account. I checked again today and I stillhave not received the credit. Why in the world would you have a system that goes through the entire ordering process when youare closed? Not only did I get charged and have not gotten back the money, but I wasted my time and gas driving there fornothing. I understand unexpectedly closing perhaps due to staffing issues, but come up with a better way of doing that socustomer don?t waste their time and money thinking you are open and placing orders they are never going to get. Came from out of town to catch a Seawolves match, great spot to grab a beer or some solid pizza. Great variety of beers, ciders... and other drinks and the pizza was worth the price. Definitely coming back when we see another match. Read more
Worst pizza I?ve ever had in my life. Soaked in grease with super thin crust. It kinda combined with the takeout box and made it... half paper. The sauce also tasted like they mixed it with a pound of Parmesan. It tasted awful. They also forgot about oursalad. The salad was fine though. Other people had better looking pizza, but our slices came from 3 different pizzas and theywere all just as awful. Read more

Sometimes a bad experience can turn into a great experience. I recently ordered online from Watershed FC and paid in full.... Unfortunately, management forgot to update their website that they were closed that day. So, when I arrived to pick up my pizza,the doors were locked! I was frustrated. So, I wrote into the website and asked for a refund. By the time I got home (15minutes), I received two emails and a phone call. They were deeply apologetic, and I could tell their reaction was genuine. Theynot only refunded me immediately, but they also gave me two free future pizzas, just to say they were sorry. The GM, MikeMercer, is a class-act, and the employees are always accommodating and professional. It was nice to see people care about theircustomers! The food is great, too, btw.
