Ordered 1 small wing and fries. Was literally the only customer in the building. It took 20 minutes. I get it wings take a few... extra minutes.....no problem. However, my wings were Luke warm and fries soogy and was to salty. With the way the currentl stateof service industry currently and the lack of employees ......you would think that was the case. No....there were 4 people allstanding around jaw jacking about personal conversation. Like literally I'm the only customer there....... I don't understand.Either way, I will not be back anytime soon. I will go wait the same amount of time at Buffalo Wild Wings with great service andhot food. Read more

Worst service. The guy charged me just for a sandwich only after I asked for the meal. Then proceeds to call his boss and ask... what to do. He then comes back to me saying he has to charge me for 2 ranch sauces which will be more than the actualdifference. I just walked out. No wonder this location is always empty nowadays. 47 min waiting, 3 unprofessional ladies working one very arrogant and rude lady who definitely hates her job. I would never back... there again. I have never felt so disrespected by an attendant. this old lady really hates her job and her manager. the wayshe talks to clients and co-workers is unacceptable. I believe that the company should invest more in training, especially withthe HR team, which definitely does not know how to choose its employees. I will never come back Read more

When I say my order was beyond messed up, there is no exaggeration! I ordered a 40 piece group pack with 3 orders of parmesean... seasoned fries and cheese sauce. We had it delivered to our house and we ended receiving a 20 piece with one eye order of veggiesticks ???????. No fries. No cheese sauce, and half of our chicken was missing. Ended up calling this location to let them nowhat happened and the manager and staff didn't even apologize for giving me the wrong order and had the worst attitudes. Themanager said "Let me call my district manager." What?? You need to call your district manager to issue me a refund? Aren't you, as the manager, supposed to know how to do that? She ended up telling me she'll call me back after she gets done talking to herboss about what happened......still waiting for them to call me back.....it's been 3 hours. Worst experience ever at a Wing Stop. Only one other guest in store. I placed my order and was told that it would be at least a... 20 min wait by a very sassy what I assume to be the manager. I said that was fine. Two employees were loitering outside thedoor. As I went to find a seat I noticed that all the tables had trash on them and it appeared the dining area had not beencleaned in several hours. Sassy britches kept walking around playing on his phone while loitering employees returned inside notto be seen. As I was leaving Sassy Britches re-emerged and hung a make shift sign on the door saying they were closing early.This clearly was not a case of being overrun with business. Just a lack of care. they prioritize door dash orders over walk in customers. expect 30-50 minute wait for 10 wings and a fries. ridiculous no wonder... no one eats at the lobby anymore. Read more

I will not be going back to this establishment The way that the supervisor spoke to the gentleman that were working on 7/28... ...was unacceptable....I think I saw about 4 young employees working and the , well I don't know who exactly she was but Ithought she may have been the supervisor , she was yelling at them in front of us customers, the young man thought he chargedfor the extra dipping sauce and she told him all about the mishap in front of us .. instead of taking note and chatting about itlater , one of the gentelmen asked a question and she went on and in about if they were not the supervisor than they should notbe worried about anything , All I could think was if that was my Young adult child working ...NOPE .... I only want to supportbussiness that support the employees. Placed an online order and upon arrival it wasn't ready. The two employees behind the counter seemed to work as fast as... possible. Seemed like one of the two was still sort of newish and learning. The food was well prepared and pretty tasty despitemy unexpected wait. Thank you both and continue to persevere. Read more
