I came to this store to buy a large order at 6pm and they said they couldn't make anything fresh because they're were closing at... 7pm. ? Usually it take 10 mins to cook pretzel dogs and they didn't want to cook anything . They just had 2 pretzels and 1 minidogs to choose from. This store needs to hire more people and update the closing hours . Very bad experience and service. Read more

Usually pretty good. Normally you can?t go wrong with a piece of bread but then you try for something a little more fancy and... you get this. Stick to the original pretzel and you?ll be fine. Read more
Great pretzels. I enjoy the pretzel wrapped hit dogs and the regular pretzels. Really good reward program.
First we came and order Cinnamon pretzel bits they said they dont have any its going to take. 5-7 mins went to Guess then came... back they still dint have any, The kid just put one in the glass box and we said how about that He said since we didn't pay hedidn't make us 1. So we have to wait 5 to 7 minutes again. So we said never mind forget it we were there early year and wewanted to order some but now you want us to wait for 5 to 7 minutes again so we left. Then we went to another key os on theother side the same thing they told us the same thing we have to wait 5 to 7 minutes they don't have anything ready if this ishappening you guys are losing business it's the weekend they're busy they should suppose to make at least 3 batch. The sour cream and onion pretzel was the best one I ever had, I thought it would be a bland hard stale thing but was rather... pleasant and fresh. Service was quick too and even though it seemed to only have one woman working, she was polite and my orderwas done right. I will come back here next time I am shopping! Read more
