Really bad experience. The sugar content is very very very HIGH! They didn?t ask about preferences and info stand even do not... mention the sugar content in the drink. I was naive and expected to get the refreshing drink without any sugar in it if it wasno mentioned in ingredient list. My request to make new without sugar or return money was discarded and the drink after two sipsgone to the garbage. Never ever if you take care of your health!!!! Read more
Not bad but pretty mid. I got the mango topped with cream cheese and even though I got it with 25% sugar it was super sweet so I... can't imagine what 100% would be like. Read more

I wish I could leave more than 2 stars but the experience wasn?t as great. The cream cheese was sour as though it had gone bad,... and the tapioca wasn?t ready at 11:15 am when we came in. I know it takes time to brew but I imagine the full service should beready by the time a store opens its doors to customers?. And the oolong tea I had wasn?t sweet like at all despite full sugar Irequested. Anyways, hope the cream foam won?t make me sick later in the day. And I hope the store improves its service in futureas the location is great and there are a lot of shoppers who would def want a good bubble tea while shopping ? Read more
OMG!! I'm not one of these tea freaks, the whole thing looks weird but I had something black tea and sweet ....whatever!... The drinks are fine. The quality of the plastic cups can be improved. The plastic cup for my fruit tea cracked in my hand and... the tea seeped out. Some got on my outerwear and one of my boots. The plastic used for the cup was stiff and fragile, hence easyto crack. Read more
