I'm giving a 2 star at this place. This has happened twic. The waiter is always in a hurry. This guy tonight made me kinda mad.... We get our food then we felt rushed. Like people was waiting. He gave me boxes. I gave him the things he could take off thetable. As I was filling our boxes. He took my daughter plate without saying a word. And walked off. I look over to get her plateit was gone. I was like wow. I did just buy a seafood player to toss out. I was boxing stuff up so we all could eat it when wegot home because this guy was so pushy feeling. My suggestion is go to evertt this location is awful. Read more
The hostess kylie was a sweet heart. We had a bit of a wait and she was more than happy to take the time to chit chat and make... sure our visit was a good one. She greeted everyone with a smile and was just the cutest. If I ever mosey my way back there I dohope to see her again. Read more
Went to Bobs Burgers in Tulalip last night with my family. The server was so rude to us for no reason. Asked if we were ready to... order , we said yes and asked what the soup was then she just walked off. My husband asked for a refill of his beverage and whenshe brought it to us, she slams it on the table. She came to give us our check and tried taking my plate and I told her I wasn?tdone with it. My little boy got his meal first and fry?s were legitimately cold. Meanwhile other families were sitting aroundus, she was so nice to them. Not sure what the cause of he actions were but that was uncalled for. She clearly needs to get ajob she likes if she can?t deal with customers and treat them with respect. We will not be back! Family came in from out of town to celebrate three birthday's in our family and food was delicious! Server was friendly,... attentive and quick! We love her, she's one of our favorite servers at BOB's! Read more
We have never had a bad experience at Bobs. Tonight was no different. Great service from Kate and good food. I'm very... disappointed that Bobs management is now charging a surcharge to use a card to pay for meals. Especially when we don't find outabout it until the bill arrives. I really want to continue to come back but it's 2022 and I don't always carry cash. I refuse topay for a fee that I'm not aware of beforehand (luckily i had cash this time) and it seems wrong to not let guests knowbeforehand. Edit/response: we are currently (6/19) waiting in your lobby and I'm looking at your hostess stand. I see nothingabout the fee. Either it's been taken down or it wasn't there on our last visit. Service was AWESOME! Prestyn was attentive, responsive and very friendly and polite and she was SLAMMED! Although clearly very... busy she did not let it phase her and still had a smile on her face! She quickly took our food and drink order, kept drinksrefilled without having to ask and brought our food out quickly! Portions were HUGE! Food tasted delicious and was perfectlyprepared. Have yet to find a menu item that is not excellent! One of our family's favorite restaurants! Seasonal drink menu iscreative and very well put together. Cannot go wrong eating at Bob's! Read more

We stood in the lobby area for 3+ minutes with nobody at the front desk. When someone arrived to greet us, they had to go clear... and clean a table for us to sit at. The restaurant was not full by any means but there were only a few staff working. Bathroomswere clean but had an extremely overwhelming vanilla glade air freshener plugged in near the door. The food was actually reallygood but the margarita was TERRIBLE. I ordered a second one to give it a chance but was met with the same result (shame on me).The Mushroom burger and JoJos were the saving grace for my experience. Read more
