I like Panera Breads food. But lately they have been out of food, sauces etc. The orders come out at a good temperature... typically, this location tends to get orders wrong so double check your order prior to driving off. Prices are pretty steep fora drive through / cafe when you could get better food at a sit down restaurant for the same or cheaper. I've have better luckat other locations with the experience though. Per my experience through the pandemic,. Running out of things is a lack ofmanagement experience not supply. But everyone thinks they can blame that. In my work I know the supply is messed up and Iknow this item takes about 18+ weeks now and inform my customers with time to order if they need it. Dirty place cold old coffee even the manager uniform was gross. Half of our order was not available we end up cancelling.
I'm not usually in Marysville but I do usually have the exact same order. I've been ordering an asiago bagel with a side of... chipotle mayo since I used to work at a Panera in 2005. I've FINALLY in 2022 had a good experience where they didn't actdumbfounded how to type it in or just straight up forget to give me a spread or go ask their manager what chipotle mayo is lol.Aiaiai Thank you so much Sarah! I love the food at panera! Usually the inside is clean and well stocked of everything you need. My experience today was not... that. My mother and I went for lunch and we did the self order thing because no one was even behind the counter. We ordered gotour cups and went to get our drinks, not only was the drink station gross dirty but the soad machine leaked water into my cup asI was getting soda. There were no lids for any cup other than large and there were no napkins anywhere in the entirestore. When we went to get our food there were flies... Lots of flies and at least 5 people standing around not doinganything. I was very sad to see this place in such a state and my mother and I will not be returning to this location.
