I love the food at panera! Usually the inside is clean and well stocked of everything you need. My experience today was not... that. My mother and I went for lunch and we did the self order thing because no one was even behind the counter. We ordered gotour cups and went to get our drinks, not only was the drink station gross dirty but the soad machine leaked water into my cup asI was getting soda. There were no lids for any cup other than large and there were no napkins anywhere in the entirestore. When we went to get our food there were flies... Lots of flies and at least 5 people standing around not doinganything. I was very sad to see this place in such a state and my mother and I will not be returning to this location. I feelit's a clear lack of management there. Read more

I like Panera Breads food. But lately they have been out of food, sauces etc. The orders come out at a good temperature... typically, this location tends to get orders wrong so double check your order prior to driving off. Prices are pretty steep fora drive through / cafe when you could get better food at a sit down restaurant for the same or cheaper. I've have better luckat other locations with the experience though. Per my experience through the pandemic,. Running out of things is a lack ofmanagement experience not supply. But everyone thinks they can blame that. In my work I know the supply is messed up and Iknow this item takes about 18+ weeks now and inform my customers with time to order if they need it. It's been two years learnto adapt to the changing world of business. Read more

I'm not usually in Marysville but I do usually have the exact same order. I've been ordering an asiago bagel with a side of... chipotle mayo since I used to work at a Panera in 2005. I've FINALLY in 2022 had a good experience where they didn't actdumbfounded how to type it in or just straight up forget to give me a spread or go ask their manager what chipotle mayo is lol.Aiaiai Thank you so much Sarah! Even other store managers can't figure out what you did today. Good job! I'll be driving all theway to Marysville until you train all the other branch employees :D Sarah is the best she even asked me how many sides I neededfor two bagels. Read more

I Tried the new Spicy chicken sandwich, it was terrible, the bun tasted like it was day-old, not heated or toasted, the chicken... was not freshly made, kind of like a dry hockey puck, not much sauce or any other condiments, it made me think of vendingmachine sandwiches. I guess I should?ve known better, since I don?t think they have a grill. So, I think they should stick tofresh sandwiches, there?s no point trying to keep up with the other fast food places if you can?t even be as good. Theirtortilla and corn soup aren?t that great either, it shouldn?t be that hard to have great tasting soups. I do love their baconturkey bravo, fresh tomato bread with a great Chewy crust, 41/2 stars! Read more

We came her for lunch yesterday. We used the self order kiosk. The user interface was quite easy to use! Our food was served hot... and fresh. The manager was kind enough to inform us our meal was ready since we didn't get a text notification. I got themacaroni grilled cheese sandwich with French onion soup (extra cheese). Though the soup lacked broth flavor they used gruyerecheese which is always the best cheese for French onion soup and many places don't use it. So props to panera. The sandwich wascheesy and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The side of French bread was a little stale and tough but it was perfect for dippingin my soup. My wife got an iced caramel machiato drink, which tasted "a little milky" perhaps because of the shear volume ofwhip cream which melted over time. She got the pepperoni flatbread and really liked it. When I tried a slice, I thought it waslacking in sauce, but I guess "flatbread" pizza isn't supposed to have too much sauce. The fruit cup we got had fresh and juicychunks of pineapple, melon, and honeydew melon . We ended with a cookie which was large and quite delicious. It was firm, dense, but chewy with lots of chocolate. Our meal cost $33 which is fair since panera is a step up from fast food. Will be back! Read more

Ordering your favorite sandwich with a side of soup couldn?t be easier than going up to one of their kiosks and placing your... custom build order. You specify Down to the salt and pepper what you want. The soups vary so pick your favorite. Beware, thesesoups are not necessarily the healthiest for you. Nor is the bread roll that?s optional with your meal. The prices for asandwich and soup can be almost $20, so come prepared. The food is good but if you?re on a budget, you may to skip this placefor now. Make your sandwiches the old fashioned way. Like mom use to make! Thanks Mom! Read more
