If I could give less stars I would,I was met with attitude as soon as the manager Mr.Sing came to take my order, I was using the... offers on my app , usually they have me read the code he very rudely said no I need to see the code, ok no big deal I showedhim. They have a separate offer for a free upsize on fries I ordered a medium and asked for my free upsize he said I needed acode it stated on the app to just ask for it there is no code he argued that there's no code so no free upsize so I moved on andasked for a spicy chicken sandwich he said they don't have a spicy chicken sandwich, he said the have a spicy ch'king I asked ifit's a chicken sandwich he said well yeah at this point I was beyond frustrated and tired of being disrespected I canceled myorder and went clear across town to the other BK and was met with the upmost respect. I had to wait for 22 minutes inside just to get my small order wrong which took another 5 minutes for them to correct. The young... man on the register was new and had no idea how to take orders and bag them up. Even though i had waited that long there wasstill 7 people behind me that had not yet been waiting on. I stopped going there for this reason. But looks like ill stop goingthere again. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Read more
