This place is AWFUL! First of all, how are you going to open and only take cash?! Then, I have to wait another ten minutes... around the corner because you?re short staffed in order to wait for my order? Why even open at all? The rude manager put herhand up to me and told me not to move then. I drove away. I left my food that I paid for (but never got) and my money. I was the only person in the drive thru & only ordered a breakfast jack & hash brown but still had to pull forward into the... waiting spot in front of the store. Waited 10 minutes while 3 cars drove up, ordered, received their orders & left. I dolove a breakfast jack & hash brown every once in a while but sadly it gets less & less frequent every time I go due to service.???? Read more
I was having a horrible day. My order was not exactly what I wanted. (My fault) and Felicia fixed it for me while still smiling... even though I know I was a pain and they were busy. I went to the drive through to order a strawberry milk shake and clearly the menu said the cost of the milk shake was 4.99. Jack... in Box decided to charge their own price to 5.19 at the window. Plus tax. So, it came out to 5.63. I asked the lady at thewindow why did they charge 5.19 when the menu says 4.99. She just looked at me and ignored me. Clearly wrong Read more
Probably the best Jack In The Box experience I've had in years. Staff was very friendly and my order was correct when it came... out. The food looked amazing (even for fast food). When I'm in Tulare again I'll definitely need to hit this place up again. Read more
Manager's and staff are super friendly I have never seen a Jack--in-the box, so clean they even have a person out side on drive... thru taking orders at peak times. Read more
