I checked in when I got there and it said my order was ready. I waited 15 minutes before I ended up going inside to get my order... since no one brought it out. When I went inside my pizza and bread sticks were done but my wings were not. I had to waitlonger. My pizza was cold and hard. Read more

Everything was cold. It didn?t take long to come and when it did it seemed like it was out for a while. The cinnamon sticks were... hard. The pizza and bread stickers were hard and super cold. I normally don't have issues with this place. The pizza is always fresh tasting. But I received a pizza that had hair and... possibly mold baked into it. What made it worse was that I had already started eating it before catching the hair. I called andthey had me wait an extra 30 mins to get a fresh one on top of me already waiting 30-40 mins for the initial delivery. Theperson I talked to on the phone responded with "I don't see how that could've happened because our people wear hair nets butsorry about that" we got our pizza but was skeptical about eating it. I really like Pizza Hut pizzas, even though most of my friends say they are low quality pizzas for too high a price. I will not... be returning to this place, however, after learning more about their policy on customer service. Long story short, I experienceda problem with delivery and called to see about the status of my order. Manager basically told me they would not take fault orapologize and I was simply wrong. I made a statement that I was disappointed because I just wanted to express my concern and beshown a little empathy or remorse. The manager replied that they can not be expected to be nice or professional when they are asbusy as they are, there is just no time. This review is posted with permission from the manager.
