Hi everybody, well it's me again I was here a few months back can't stay away, Rosa's is a great place to eat their food is... outstanding and the service is great, they always meet you with a smile. If you're in and around Tulare stop in and say Hi willnot be sorry. Oh one more thing they can make any kind of drinks that you can imagine and you have to be 21 years of age.
