I ordered a coney footlong combo and a kids meal combo and regular size coney combo I had everything in the bag but the regular... size coney hot dog. I got home and realized it wasn't in the bag! So upsetting i called the store twice and no answer i live 6miles away just got off work tired to go back I never got a receipt for my order! I hope they are able to help me out the nextday Read more

Stopped through the drive thru and ordered a hot fudge sundae and a medium M&M blast. Got to the window and was met by three... guys inside talking at the top of their lungs, swearing, and walking around continuously adjusting their pants and grabbingtheir ?junk.? The M&M blast was basically a cup of ice cream with candy on top as it wasn?t mixed at all and the sundae lookedlike a 2 year old was put in charge of the whipped cream. horrible service in the drive thru, we ordered two cheeseburgers, but they didn?t even ask if we only wanted the burger or the... combo and ended up charging us two combos instead of only cheeseburgers. that?s not even the worst part, we ordered a kid?s mealand they charged us for the soda, said it was a medium soda and gave us a small?? cashier was distracted and lazy, didn?t evengive us what we ordered until we told her, she was a terrible worker. there?s so much wrong in this restaurant and i?m nevercoming here again. Avoid this sonic at all cost! I have had way to many bad experiences at this sonic the most recent being the nail in the coffin... for me. After pulling up to the stalls I was told the stalls are for mobile orders only, even though there are no signs statingsuch. Then after downloading the app and ordering through there my order was missing items and my blasts lid wasn?t securedcompletely so it ended up exploding all over me and my car. Thanks sonic now I have to pay to have my car detailed to get theice cream out of it! The employees here are always rude and seem like they hate their jobs and take forever to help people inthe drive thru to the point that it blocks you into the stalls for 20-30 mins. This sonic was horrible. Waited in line for a while, when we got to the window, we weren?t acknowledged for about 10-15 minutes.... Got our two slushies& blast (which was melted). Then waited longer at the window for her to tell us to park while they waitedlonger for fried pickle& that?s when I asked for a refund on the pickles. Overall we waited in line for over 45 minutes. Wetried to be nice because we assumed maybe it was a staffing issue until we saw a lot of people inside working. This was thefirst time i had requested a refund from a restaurant. We were on our way back from a road trip and never had Sonics so, we eagerly stopped by. Well?Bad service. Long wait time. And... our servings were definitely off. The ?strawberry cheesecake shake? was basically vanilla. The sandwiches we got were dry. Iguess we aren?t stopping at Sonics ever again. Read more
Went around 3pm our order was a simple large limeade slush and got a full cup of ice to the lid, with cherry limeade soda. Also... ordered a mid slush and got a large. Order 8 piece cheese sticks, I got 7 of them and a pretzel! Saw long line and the girlwho took the money gave me whatever change, I paid $7 for I know was more. Read more
