This location has been my go to spot since it opened and now I live right around the corner of it. The people are friendly and... quick, especially when their fully staffed. The only issues I ever had was during COVID and that wasn?t just them, but everyindustry. Can?t blame them for that. The quality and availability of food and drinks has always been pretty consistent. I don?ttend to see the same faces all the times, but they are always super friendly. Maybe it?s just my handsome face who knows???????????. But you can?t go wrong with this one. I have been coming to this location for over 2 years and never really had an issue until today! I ordered a hot matcha green tea... but when I got home it was nothing but HOT WATER! I called to let them know and the girl that answered was laughing (giggling)I?m sure because they made the mistake but I didn?t think it was funny! First the cup was extra hot because they were out ofsleeves which is understandable but I had to drive back and wait in the drive through again and only get a $4.00 credit when mydrink was over $5.00.
