This location has been my go to spot since it opened and now I live right around the corner of it. The people are friendly and... quick, especially when their fully staffed. The only issues I ever had was during COVID and that wasn?t just them, but everyindustry. Can?t blame them for that. The quality and availability of food and drinks has always been pretty consistent. I don?ttend to see the same faces all the times, but they are always super friendly. Maybe it?s just my handsome face who knows???????????. But you can?t go wrong with this one. FYI, if the drive thru is long. You can always get it quicker via mobileorder or going inside. Space inside and plenty of sitting. Read more

Either my wife or i am there everyday. I have never had an unpleasant interaction with any staff. There was a couple of times... where a drink was not made to our preference but staff was quick to correct the error. Without hesitation staff is there to makeevery interaction enjoyable. I come to this place at a minimum of once a week to work on my laptop or to unwind after work. Usually I?m reading a book in a... corner or seated at a table in the middle of the floor. Every time I go, the staff is super friendly. Yuli, Vanessa, and,honestly, the whole staff have been attentive and kind in my experience. I?ll most likely go again today after work. It's hit an miss. Today, the app showed they were missing a bunch of frappes, so I get a cold brew, but when I get home it's... already warm because they don't think to put ice, or out a normal cold brew cap so I can sip on it rather than have a straw.Other times they are very great. But this is already like the third time I've gotten a drink without ice or it warmed up becauseof no ice. Read more
I have been coming to this location for over 2 years and never really had an issue until today! I ordered a hot matcha green tea... but when I got home it was nothing but HOT WATER! I called to let them know and the girl that answered was laughing (giggling)I?m sure because they made the mistake but I didn?t think it was funny! First the cup was extra hot because they were out ofsleeves which is understandable but I had to drive back and wait in the drive through again and only get a $4.00 credit when mydrink was over $5.00.
