Went in to get sandwiches while getting gas before heading to a sports event and they wouldn't make 6x sandwiches. They said... their limit was 5x and that 6x was a "platter" because they only make so much bread. So, you're telling me if I came in with sixpeople, you'd refuse to make six sandwiches for me and my family? How the heck does that work? Is Subway no longer a familyfriendly franchise? We use to come to this Love's Subway all the time after soccer games for a nice family lunch - I guess thatkind of thing won't be happening anymore. We are so disappointed and upset by this. I go here for lunch often, and I had a bad experience. I don't want to go here anymore. I've ordered the same here... often. Brenda has terrible customer service and shouldn't work customer service at all. She always has an attitude and overalljust had bad energy. I hate going here now because of her. I had a please nice experience with nice and polite workers untilshe came in.Whenever she has made my sandwich, it comes out all over the place in the bag and I have to spend my 30 minute lunchtrying to fix the damn thing. I was hungry, I stopped off here to get something to eat. This subway is open early for breakfast. I ordered a black ham with... eggs on pita bread, I added pepper jack cheese, onions, tomatoes. The employee making my sandwich was very nice. Reason for two starts is they didn?t want to accept my gift card because it was... electronic. All he had to do was punch in the code or scan. Also it seems like the scooper for the tuna is smaller than Iremember. Read more
