Service is always fast here. The Wendys breaded chicken offerings are not overcooked or greasy, unlike many other popular fast... food restaurants. The soft-serve vanilla/chocolate dessert cups are just the thing to satisfy your sweet tooth without beingtoo heavy after your meal... or for those who like to dip their fries! Food is freshly cooked and fries are HOT & crisp whenserved! No need to make special request to get "freshly cooked fries" here! You might want to ask for extra napkins thoughsince those are sometimes scarce in the take-out bags. There is easy access to the drive-thru without any sharp turns betweencurbs or you can dine in...The large trees shading the parking lot are welcome to avoid the sweltering step-into-car experiencein summers here after leaving the air conditioned dining room. Trash. Worst customer service by a manager I?ve experienced in a while. She?s thief. When a customer pays money for your food... and doesn?t get it, that?s theft. I'm on my way home from being with my mother at the Hospital. I've already eaten so I figuredI would get food for the family. I get my 2 boys their usual ( they love Wendy's), and I got my wife what she likes. I haddecent service initially. They handed me the food with confidence, so I assume all is well, shame on me. When I get home theyboys get their food. My wife does not. SO I have nothing else to do, lets go back and get the food that was paid for. Againit's not for me so I call home on the way and have them go through all the bags to make sure I'm not wrong. Nope! No food for mywife. I ask to speak to the manager. Miss Manager tells me I got my food and that's that. Essentially saying I'm lying and ortrying to steal. Needless to say my wife was not happy and still very hungry. I?ve been in customer service for years. Thiswas a very poor representation of Wendy?s management. Read more

I will NEVER eat at this Wendys again, Tulare & Blackstone in Tulare, Ca. The food literally made me ill. Warm at best food,... Service was bad at best. When i pulled thru drive thru NO cars, took 25 minutes literally for 1 double stack and 1 large freshfry, I was told after 10 minutes that fries were ready just waiting on "fresh" burger to cook. 15 minutes later I ended uphaving to go to the door, which was locked, at 3 in the afternoon.I live literally .03 miles away and it was all bad when i gothome. I would of went back but was afraid if I tried to complain the service would be worse. Im calling Corporate on Monday. Read more

My wife and I visited the Wendy?s located at 1110 E Tulare Ave, Tulare, CA 93274 on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at 1:10pm. We had... specifically chosen to visit a Wendy?s using our navigation while on the freeway because, generally, Wendy?s has good serviceand high quality food. The service at this location on this day was dismal and unacceptable. Using the drive through, weordered one single cheeseburger combo (medium combo) with a Coke. We also ordered a double cheeseburger by itself, no pickles,along with a second order of fries. We asked for both of the fries to be well done, and we asked for ketchup and mustard whenwe got to the window. While paying at the first window, I also asked for a receipt. The man at the 1st payment window said,?They?ll give you one at the next window.? Here was the list of problems which occurred after this: 1. The wait from the timewe ordered to the time we were being handed our food was fourteen minutes. 2. One of the young men at the second window whohanded me our food also handed us a drink with no lid. When alerted to this fact, he said, ?Oh, it must have fallen off,? whichit hadn?t. He had just forgotten it. 3. When I was handed the food, there was no receipt in our two bags. Since I spent $26.22which would be paid back to me, I wanted a receipt. When I alerted the man to this fact, he stated that their system wasn?tallowing receipts on that day. I told him the I then needed the manger to write a receipt. After a few minutes, I was given aflat Wendy?s bag with our order written on it. Not a slip of paper, but a brown paper bag. 4. When I unwrapped my doublecheeseburger, there were pickles in it. They had correctly input my no pickles order into the system because I saw it on theorder screen, but the cook had not given his attention to the order. 5. There was ketchup in our bag, but no mustard. My wifehad to go in and get mustard from the parking lot after we were out of the drive through queue. 6. There we Read more

I Ordered 3 regular burger meals and 1 chicken sandwich meal. The 3 hamburgers we got turned out to be all doubles . All the... hamburgers were missing tomatoes and onions. The lettuce that was in the burgers was so sad looking. I think it was lettuce,couldn't really tell. The chicken sandwich wasn't any better. Nigh on epoch service. Fly invested interior. The only walk-in customer and still pushed drive-through orders at an unbefitting... ratio. I wish I thought to observe the number of cars orders completed initially but I did not. Lastly, if Wendy's has thecommon policy of employees not parking in prime spots then they are not following it here Read more
