Our server was great. And the you lady that helped out while she went on break was lovely. Now the food was a different story.... DO NOT order the 3 or 5 cheese , cheese and macaroni with chicken strips. The 'cheese' poured thru the noodles it was so watery.So I asked and received more noodles. It was no better. And if you have a small appetite it's for you. A very small portion ofnoodles & the chicken pieces was the size an adult thumb. The onion rings were very good. My experience at Applebee's is always consistent. I have been eating here since my kids were little. They are so kind and know... my family so well. Im so thankful for this restaurant and all the friends my family has made for the last probably 30 years.Even if we go at 10 p.m. they are so kind and everything is so great! I feel this place is a very hit or miss. This past weekend was a miss for me. First off, it was very hot in the building. I'm... not sure if the A/C was broke, but we could see the thermostat said 83 degrees. Then my wife and I ordered the exact same mealof the steak and shrimp, cooked medium. Her's looked like it was cooked good, but I feel mine was medium rare or less. It wasrather bloody, but it did taste good. My other issue was we got our salads at the same time as the meals. Which we only ateabout half that was an extra charge because we didn't want the steaks to get cold. Lastly the server wasn't aware of the drinkspecials and didn't write down our order. So she had to come back a couple times to verify our order. This could be associatedwith poor training. We're probably going to wait awhile till we return to this location. This place was great, the server was amazing he was kind and funny but not overbearing. The place was packed but the server... still served us well. The food was amazingly delicious and came out fast and hot. The atmosphere was calm the music wasn't tooloud and the seating wasn't bunched together like sardines. NOT fancy like Applebee's. if you are looking for good food at a good price, you are looking at the wrong pace with... Applebee's. we got the Appetizer combo. it was OK at best. I got the blackened Salmon, the Salmon was good. could have donewithout the mashed potatoes and Broccoli. the potatoes had a pudding skin on top of them and the broccoli was just tasteless. mygirlfriend got the shrimp and fries. I did not try the shrimp. the coleslaw was ok( not much of it). the fries were soggy,,,real nasty. my mother got the Oriental salad. she seemed to enjoy it. took most of it home. all in all, not worth the $72 itcost. it wasn't bad but it wasn't worth the price. would I go back? If I could give ZERO stars I would. My husband and I got seated at the Tullahoma Applebee's. We waited 15 minutes for our... waitress to come to our table. By the time she came to our table we already knew what we wanted. (Sprite, sweet tea, pretzelsticks w/ beer cheese, & 2 chicken w/ broccoli Alfredo) We ordered and when the waitress brought our drinks the sweet tea wasunsweetened and the Sprite was seltzer water. The drinks were corrected. I myself did not like the pretzels with beer cheese.When our entrées came out we had to order extra Alfredo because there was barely any on our dishes. When that came out it wasthe same thing they gave us with the pretzel sticks.The food was so horrible I ended up going to the bathroom to vomit. The badpart was were not the only patrons to complain about the food. I don't think we will go back to this establishment. Read more
I come here whenever I crave the dish posted below. It's like a spicy honey chicken strip with noodles dinner. It's really good.... The drink I always get is called captain bahama mama I'm pretty sure. It's the best drink in town I think. I dont like howthey're charging extra for stuff like "extra cheese " but I'd definitely come back. A two person meal costs about 40 here. Read more
