Where to start? I'll just put it simple, the guy rang me up handled my cash with the same gloves on that he then went to make... my sandwich with. I called him out and said actually I'll just take my money back because you just touched my food With thesame gloves on you just touched my cash.. All he said was sorry and yes sir no explanation no nothing. I then asked if themanager was here and he said no. from reading other reviews it seems like that guy was the manager and he just lied to me. Onanother note it looked like the prep area hadn't been cleaned up in 2 years. It's crazy how one Jersey Mike's can be completelydifferent than another depending on what town it is in. I will never step foot in this store again and I pray that you fireevery single person there and hire new people. 2 of them had normal raggedy T shirts on and no way to tell if they were reallyemployees at all. They have the best philly cheese steak sandwisches on deliciously, soft, tasty bread.
I waited patiently to get my order. The cashier ignored me and proceeded to speak to his coworker. When I said, ?Excuse me.? The... so call general manager (very suspicious if he?s the general manager) stated I was being ?disrespectful.? When I asked to speakwith the manager he said he was the general manager. Lol seriously. I asked to speak with someone over him, he said to contactcorporate. FYSA, I most definitely did. FYSA, I had called in to go orders before and still had to wait for the staff to fixedmy sandwich while they continued to wait on others to come through the door. This location is hit or miss, depending on who is working. Most of the people are great, but the guy with the tattoos acts... like he's inconvenienced by customers coming into the restaurant. He's also very stingy with the amount of vegetables andcondiments he puts on the sandwiches. This isn't a problem when I am there and can tell him when to stop, but it's a problemwhen my wife picks up the sandwiches. Read more
I ordered a sub online and my order came out wrong. I called and asked if they could just refund the difference in price between... the sub I got and the sub I ordered. They went above and beyond to make it right! They also have fantastic sandwiches! Myhusband and I will happily drive out of the way just to get subs! Read more

ordered 2 big Kahuna subs with NO PEPPERS. we got the GIANT sized cost $13.75 each. waited until we got home and what do you... know,,,,,PEPPERS. is speaking ENGLISH NOT a requirement to work at Jersey Mike's? or do the people working there just DON'Tcare? seriously,,doesn't NO peppers mean I don't want peppers on my sandwich? as you can see in the picture I picked some of thepeppers out..i didn't get them all. The people as always were great but $17 for a sub ... I understand prices have gone up but meat & cheese were both less than... normal. You could literally see through the cheese it was so thin the meat was about the same. My issue being if I'm going topay more because the product cost more I want the same amount of product not less. If I'm in the store buying a pound of ham theprice has gone up but I still get a pound of ham not so in this case. I just wanted other people aware before they go in and getdisappointed. Read more
