The pizza I had ordered was hot and cooked as ordered but all of the four or five crew members were casually eating on the... clock. I had placed a carry out order, walked into the lobby for pick up. They tell me sorry we are closed, yet the front lobbydoor was unlocked. And in the parking lot was someone's car hood propped up! I can only assume it was' perhaps an employee. Notsure. Awesome drive thru window staff. While ensuring accuracy and quality, they also are very personable. They have gotten where they... refer to me by first name. I always have agreat experiences with that store. The app though could use so much more work. Butthat has nothing to do with them. Read more
Even though I had an issue with my Pizza...(and I honestly thought it would be a lost cause to even complain after seeing the... reviews) I am still giving a 5 star review based solely on the EXCELLENT Customer Service that I received from Manager Katie.She was extremely professional and more than pleasant to talk to...She was willing to make things right and at the end of thecall just really made me feel bad for even complaining. I don't understand all the negative comments about customer service...Iwill definitely not let one (corrected) human error stop me and my family from enjoying the Papa John's Pizza we all love and Irecommend that nobody else does either.
