The food was perfectly adequate, but the service was lacking. We waited for too long for the amount of patrons inside the... restaurant and the number of staff walking around. The salmon was under cooked, but the manager took care of it so we leftsatisfied. My only criticism is that their midday staff were not on their game as far as serving customers within a decent timeframe from being seated. I understand if you're assisting someone else or the dining room is full, but neither was the case forthe 4 people wandering back and forth with nothing in their hands nor offering us drinks or to take our order. Just finished a very good endless salad & lobster bisque soup with cheddar biscuits. And Angel was a great waitress. The lunch... crowd was sparse so come on out and support this great Tullahoma restaurant. Great parking, family friendly, & Red Lobster has arewards program. This was our first time back to this Red Lobster in a couple of years. We were not disappointed as the visit was excellent. A... special was a live Maine lobster. Prices have gone up quite a bit on this dish but I ordered it anyway. It was steamed, notstuffed, and it was not overdone as this type of dish can be. When that occurs, it is tough and rubbery. Fortunately, in thisinstance, it was moist and tender. Katie, our server, brought all of the utensils necessary to enjoy the meal (including a bib)and I enjoyed every bite. My dining companion ordered flounder with lobster sauce. It was good but too salty. The salt may havebeen from the seasoning. It was cooked so the fish was tender; the salt flavor was overwhelming. No doubt, some people like agreat deal of salt. We do not generally salt our food for health reasons so when there is a lot on a meal, it is evident. Thehouse salad has gotten smaller than it used to be but the French dressing was still very tasty and the lettuce was fresh. Thecup of clam chowder that I ordered to accompany the lobster was also excellent. This was the first time I had seen oystersRockefeller on the menu at a Red Lobster. I wanted to try that dish but had already ordered a full meal so was not able to doso. Our server, Katie, did an excellent job. The orders were placed and delivered correctly and promptly and the food wasserved hot. She also brought iced tea refills quickly and without being asked which we appreciated. Read more

The Restaurant was clean, and even though they were busy on a Friday night the wait wasn’t bad. Eddie, our server, was great!!... He was very prompt, friendly and helpful. Our drinks never went dry and the food came out hot and fresh!! We ordered a mixeddrink and it came out quick, and it was very good. We had a great experience here and the food was Delish!! Bobby was a great server, seem like he was the only person doing anything. He helped us understand the cash out machine at the... table and served exactly what we ordered and we can be picky. Friendly and funny. Just had to wait too long to be seated eventhough there was only a few customers in the store. Maybe 5 families. Read more
