Service was fine. The salad bar was empty and what was there was frozen The brisket sandwich was very chewy. The french fries... were good. This restaurant is forever short staffed. So I can?t discount the service that we didn?t get, because he made sureour drinks stay full. Read more
I won't be returning. Due to being my birthday lunch and free burger sure. But we was seated and they forgot about us. 20 mins... later the bartender Is our waiter I don't know why but not a good idea. I asked for medium well came dry and over cooked.Service was not good at all its not my job to make sure there doing there's. Jeez. Where to start. We got there about 11:15am. A few people in there. Definitely not busy. Got my beer 15 minutes after my... husband got his soda. And he had to go up to the bar to get it. Our appetizer never showed up so we canceled it when our entreesshowed up. My ribs were dry. Real dry. Like beef Jerky dry. Just a real poor experience. The last time we will eat here. Dirty utensils, no lettuce on bar, had to ask for it and then guy comes out and dumps it on top... of brown bits in bottom of bowl on bar. Meat comes out and 1 of us ask for well done and 1 medium well. Both were medium well.Asked for more tea, poured tea and no ice. Just hot tea and had to ask for cups of ice. The server was very nice and I?m also in the restaurant industry so I know how stressful it can be and some people who leave bad... reviews based off the server doesn?t understand, but that always isn?t the case. For my own personal experience I love rubyTuesday I do recommend it, my only concern was the steak, steaks are hard to cook. Service was awful. Went early for lunch and it was maybe 10 people in the place so it wasn't busy to excuse the service.... Waitress took forever, brought someone elses order then got our order wrong. Asked for onion rings in place of rice she broughtrice..then onion rings when asked for..but still charged me for the rice. Didn't refill drinks once and basically came overonly to complained about her day like i asked to hear her problems instead of asking how my dry rubbery salmon was. The drinkglasses were cloudy and dirty looking, windows at our booth was smeard with greasy kid fingerprints and the bathroom smelledawful and right next to the salad bar that is only named a salad bar because it has what looks to be lettuce on it.. The wholeplace seemed cold and as uncomfortable as the terrible loud choice of music for an 11:30 am meal. The bill took forever as thewaitress poured her problems on the other tables and then card reader didn't work. I had to sit awkwardly waiting as the smellof the dirty bathroom lingered into the dining area. Feeling like i needed a tetanus shot when the waitress hands me the cardreader that finally began working..that had greasy dirty buttons!
