I just went to this zaxbys ordered a grilled chicken salad. Was charged 10.30 for it with burnt grilled chicken. Went back an... told cashier wasn't being mean or hateful just said I paid this much for this salad an it has burnt chicken on it. She saidcould you be a little nicer. I told her I prefer my money back. She got her manger an she came to the window an ask if I had areceipt showed her that. Then she proceeded to tell me after I said the chicken was burnt. Zaxby's has always been a restaurant I've enjoyed in the past, but the Zaxby's in Tullahoma has been a natural disaster for... years now. Extremely slow service, took 12 minutes to make one sandwich and a large order of fries and didn't get the size ofthe fries right or the type of sandwich right! That 12 minutes doesn't include the 15 minutes I waited in line at the drivethrough. The fries were barley cooked, the chicken was inedibly hard and cold. I finally had to get out of my car and go insideto see where my food was, just to find it sitting next to an extremely rude manager after four people behind me had receivedtheir food. This is just one out of many many experiences I've had at this location. All the locations I've been to outside ofTullahoma have been consistent. Corporate needs to step up and do something because Zaxby's of Tullahoma is a horribleexperience in every way possible, I will never go back and waste my money on such an absolute waste of time. I got the house salad, was ok. Don't like them putting the tomatoes, cucumber and cheese in on top.of the lettuce. I do not who... handles those cups and how they do it. Plus there is not enough of them for the high price. Read more

Went through drive thru, was asked to pull up. Waited almost 15 mins which was fine bc I don't mind waiting for fresh food.... Nothing was fresh. Fries were cold and soggy like they'd just been sitting the whole time in the box while I waited. The chickenstrips were old and hard as a rock. Got a 10 piece but half of them were just old crusty hunks with no meat inside. There wasalso a chicken sandwich meal (that wasn't for me) with it so maybe that's what I had to wait on. Everything came out fresh and delicious Under$30 for a large size!! And everybody knows traditional chicken wings especially... mostly flats are extremely expensive so this was delicious and a reasonable price ! Read more
