The ribs and the sweet girl working curbside are really what saved this review from 0 stars. Ribs were good and cooked well! And... the girl working was so incredibly sweet. I wish I could review her separately because she was working so SO hard. However, thequality of food as a whole was just not there for us. Brisket was dry...REALLY dry...sadly, none of us could even eat it. Butthe dogs were happy! Do not waste your money on the brisket. I read some other reviews so I knew if was risky but I still gaveit a shot. Wrong move. We weren't impressed with any of the sides (Mac and cheese, fries, coleslaw, potato salad) except theside salad. It was all just lacking any flavor and reminded us of cafeteria style food. BBQ sauce tasted similar to KCMasterpiece, not terrible but nothing special. Overall, Tulsa Hills needs another BBQ option. Read more
During my first visit the group ordered G's Debris (poutine) and I was hooked. Since then that's all I've ever ordered. I've... been to many bbq places and it's definitely a unique item that I've not seen anywhere else. I've now had it with both choppedbrisket and hot links. Waffle fries were slightly warm/cold and soggy. In the pics they look crispy, but not. Pulled pork was dry and had no smoke... flavor. BbQ helped. Brisket had a slight flavor and BBQ saved that one as well. Baked beans were not cooked enough and tastedlike sugar and cinnamon. Worst I've ever had. Sorry for bad review but we eat BBQ all over this was super disappointing. Iprobably won't be back. Read more
Good stuff! Clean restaurant and an excellent waitress. Got the chopped brisket sandwich with a side of fries and an extra side... of fried okra. Everything tasted great my only criticism is that the bun could have been a little softer other than that it wasgood overall Read more
Most bacon I've ever had on BLT which was good because my wife couldn't finish it which means I got to eat the rest. I had the... two meat platter. Sausage was very good, brisket was decent. Added bonus was that there was a good selection of bourbon. Idefinitely had a couple. Read more
Worse bbq I ever had. I was really looking forward to try this place but now that I did, I?m never coming back. Brisket was dry... and not flavor. Polish sausage was just like you would buy at a grocery store, nothing special. Atmosphere was nice but serverwas not. Not need to reply. Read more
I walked out of a neighboring shop & the smoke smell smacked me in the face! I followed my nose to Albert G's BBQ. The staff is... super personable, understands their products & specialties without glancing at a menu, & engaged everyone...even while rollingsilverware! I ordered the 2 meat dinner combo (3 ribs, approx. a quarter lb of chopped brisket, sweet potato waffle fries, &bbq beans). Within 6 minutes of placing the order, I paid & received the meal. I was...am shocked! It's tender, not dry likemost meat smoking restaurants, & full of flavor. The sweet sauce is pretty good too. The only missing things are napkins,plastic utensils & a piece of toast. I'm definitely going back! Next time, I'm trying the catfish dinner. You should try checkthem out too! Read more
