My husband wanted to try the wagyu burger! The food was good and my fresh strawberry lemonade was good! The reason I?m giving 3... stars is because of the staff. They weren?t busy at the time but they were so slow. And they seemed sketchy like they were up tosomething. They almost seemed stoned. They weren?t very friendly. Just ordered the Greek gyro from store 08331 andbthe person who put my sandwich together did by far the BEST job at doing it.... Better then I've ever had. So make sure when you go. you ask that Angelica puts your food together..great job Arby's in tuksahills and great job to Angelica. Read more
The young lady that took my order was very sweet and polite. However when my food was given to me it smelled of old dirty... grease. I was staying in the hotel directly across the street therefore the food was not in the bag long. The fish sandwich wascold and the cheese laid on top of the sandwich like a piece of rubber. The food was not eatable and I trashed it. I understandall the challenges that food service and other retailers are facing during this pandemic but these two issues are under controlof the management. This Arbys is a treat in every way during the pandemic! While most every other fast food option is battling staffing issues and... limited menu.....this location still has the same management team and always seems to have plenty of employees. They must takegood care of their people because all the workers seem friendly and happy too! Food quality is a cut above other fast food aswell!!! A solid 5 stars in every way! Read more
The food was fresh and the wait staff was friendly, however the inside of the store was filthy. We had to wait ten minutes for... fresh chicken tenders, and they made sure to make sure the potato cakes and fries were fresh as well. A lot of the tables hadtrash at them from the previous customers and the few empty tables weren?t clean. They needed to be wiped down and sprayed.
