We went through the drive thru, once we got home we realized that They didn't give us our full order nor did they give us the... receipt. So I wasn't able to call and complain or get some type of coupon. Read more

We ordered thru the drive thru and ordered the 4 roast beef sandwiches for $10. When we got home, we discovered we'd only... received 3 sandwiches. I tried to call the store 6-8 times within the hour of our purchase to report this and no one everanswered the phone. Instead, it kept going straight to a recording without a way to leave a message. Frustrated. I'mhandicapped and it's difficult for me to get out and about. So, not only did we get ripped off, we were inconvenienced anddidn't appreciate not being able to talk to a manager to report this so we could get our full order resolved. Read more

The Arby's on 129th behind Q Trip. Was no very friendly rude at the drive thru window. They messed up are order and they... wouldn't even honor the coupons, items on the coupon they wouldn't honor. So I will never give them my busy any more. Read more
I'm not saying I'll never be back because let's face it, its Arbys. But there is definitely some room for improvement. I orders... several items including a chicken bacon and swiss sandwich w/o lettuce tomato. When I got my food I glanced in the bag, countedthe items and left. Upon arriving at home, changing my clothes and setting down to eat I found that I had gotten a regularchicken sandwich. No bacon, no swiss, and of course lettuce and tomato. I got back in my car and drove back up there. At 1025(store closes at 1030) the lights were already out. I could get a response at the door so I drove around to the drive throughwindow. And knock on the glass. Some kid yelled "we are closed" and walked away. I honked the horn till someone else came to thewindow and agreed to fix my sandwich. But no offer for anything to reimburse me for my time and gas. Very dissatisfied. Read more
Not bad place. Their quick on their food but last I bought a chicken sandwich, it was still raw.
