The food was good, although they forgot my cheese for the fries. They did not give me a receipt, and when I went inside to get... my cheese ( I had just gone through the drive through) they ran around asking each other if I got a 1-2 oz cheese. Later, mycard got charged the appropriate amount, but that evening, while at work, I noticed my balance was unusually low ( by about$100). They had charged me 4 times! I was supposed to get my tag this morning, but now I can?t do what I need to do with MY ownmoney that they shouldn?t have touched! It totaled $102 of over charges! I tried to call the location, they?re not answering thephone, and I called cooperate @3pm and they wanted me to leave a message. This definitely makes me not want to do business withthem again! This location is trash! Now the overall look of the location is fantastic. Very clean and taken care of. The food on the other... hand was nasty as hell. Burnt fries! Half fried fish! Cold roast beef and cheese was cold! Bun was cold! Hell the drinks werenasty. Then my mother and I were sick later. ???? Don't eat here. They have a lot of work to do. I will never go back! The kid working the window is very rude rushing us to order than acted like it was an inconveniences for us to be there. So go... to the window it wasn't the kid at the window but the person who was taking the order... The kid at the window did apologize forthe person that was being rude. The employee Ashley at this location is amazing! She always has a bright and happy personality as well as polite and personable... for a fast food window. Love getting to interact with her when I stop by for good food. Love Arbys. Read more

I'm not big on reviews but the moldy bun and whatever that was they called Dr Pepper forced me to at least make a call to let... the manager know they had an issue. The person claiming to be the manager on the phone wanted to see the moldy bun and drinkbefore they would hear me any further. I'm not driving 8 miles for a $7.37 refund so I asked the manager to just try the DrPepper they have in the machine that very moment so she could verify my complaint and she declined. Clearly, the person on thephone was not interested in addressing the problem. We can all do with less fast food in our life so I'll use this moldy bunand blackwater drink as a personal reminder. If you simply must have Arby's, go to the 51st and Yale location by the corporateoffice. Read more

One of the owners of our Company went to Arby's at 41st & Garnett for lunch today. He got a meal and a Dr. Pepper. When he... returned to work, he found the bread on the sandwich was moldy. It was VISIBLY moldy. And his Dr. Pepper was like brown water.He threw it away and called the store. He asked for the manager, and the woman on the phone said, "You can talk to me." He toldher the problem. He even asked her to go taste the Dr. Pepper out of the machine to prove his point. She told him basically shedidn't believe him and he was out of luck unless he dug in the trash, got the food out, and brought it to the store. Made mewant to go dig in the dumpster for him just to prove it. EVERYONE in our department knows this person was right. He's one of themost honest, hard working people I know. None of us will EVER go here. All he was looking for was a refund for his lunch.Customer Service is a vital component to return customers and new business. Obviously, because of the moldy bread, brown waterDr. Pepper and the HORRIBLE way he was treated, the woman at Arby's he spoke to has NO Customer Service. And that is a directreflection of a company.
