Came thru drive thru, nobody in store, nobody in drive thru, ordered food, paid at window, was immediately asked to move forward... to wait on my food, I obliged, about 2 minutes later, car came behind me, guy came outside and asked me to move forward anothercar length to continue waiting on food. Waited a total of 15 minutes. I think the employees think they are fooling their managerby pushing cars forward out of window area to keep serve times down. We aren?t stupid Arbys ??????????? Ordered a 2 for $6 Classic Roast Beef & Chicken Cheddar Ranch with large Curly Fries & two sides of cheddar cheese. Roast Beef... sandwich was good. I was about to bite into my chicken sandwich and a nugget fell out (pictured below).. It wasn't one curly fryin my fries either.. Lol.. Called and spoke with manager and he accommodated me thats the reason for the 3 stars. I should'vetaken pic of fries but I was to done.. LOL Read more
Fast and inexpensive. The ice tea was rather old tasting so we got sodas. Went back again and got a 2 for 6 deal I wasn't... expecting. It was suggested by the person talking my order. It made great sense to save some money. Awsome seevice! Read more
My order was complete however nobody like old fries spending $20 on one combo and 2 cookies is steep and expect more than mushy... fries and thinking about it cookies are great but it would be $25 for a dozzen? wtf¿ Read more
Ok.. so food is getting more expensive and cost of labor is increasing...I get it. Can you at least focus on getting the orders... correct and filled as ordered. Paid extra for fries and a drink to make it a meal. No fries....not a meal. Tried calling therestaurant directly once we arrived back at work with the bags.. no answer so that leaves us to writing a review. Food forthought..even though there are 5 cars behind you waiting for their food....make them wait and check your order. Update... thetwo kids meals that were to be chicken sliders...they got regular roast beef...the worst part is ...when at the window we askedif they could put mayonnaise on the one that had the no cheese and they even shouted it out over the prep table and they stillgot roast beef??? really ...wow..get it together Read more
I had came to Arby's after work today I hadn't eaten there for awhile. I was very excited to see the menu has changed and there... are alot more choices. The gentleman I believe his name is James he helped me with my order and was very nice young man. I wasvery surprised with the friendly atmosphere and the service was very fast. Food was awesome and it was a very tasty. I will becoming back very soon. Can say it was on of the greatest experience's at a fast food restaurant I've ever had. Read more
Food was good, I was over charged. I ordered off the 2 for $6 menu and got a drink which was $2. My total came to $13? I?m not... one to make a fuss but the employees should be addressed about these kinds of mistakes. Read more
