We stayed next door at the Hampton Inn and ordered food for takeout. Placing the order was a bit of a hassle because of all of... the background noise at the restaurant/bar and they were out of almost all of their pizza selections. Not that big of a dealthough, we just wanted to pick up some pizzas to eat in our hotel room before we're heading over to the BOK Center for aconcert. We were told to show up in 20 minutes and check in at the bar to pick up our order. We followed those instructions and,I'm sorry to say, got nothing but bad attitude from more than one of the bartenders. I don't know if we were given badinstructions as to where to pick up our order but she looked at us like we were crazy and said she did not know anything aboutit. She said we just have to wait and walked away. We then asked another bartender that came down our way and got a similar lookand attitude. She said she had no idea and we'd have to wait because she was busy. We told her we had no problem waiting, weweren't trying to rush anyone, we were just told to check in at the bar and let them know we are here to pick up our phoned-inorder. I do not go to bars so I do not know how bartending works but basic customer service should be practiced no matter whereone works. It was a busy night because there was a concert going on across the street so we had no problem waiting, we weresimply following their instructions. Approximately 30 minutes later, the kitchen staff caught our eye and let us know our foodwas ready. The pizzas were okay. Good customer service should not depend on how much money you are spending, but $54 for threemedium pizzas should come with a lot better attitude and service than what we received. Read more

If you want microwaved left overs and rude service from your waitress, eat here. Very disappointed because I really wanted to... try this place having just moved to the area and I won't be back ever again. I ordered the fish and chips and my food came outSUPER quick. I bit into a few of my French fries and they were cold. I told my waitress and she looked me dead in my eye andsaid "I'm sorry" and then just bounced away to serve other customers. I've never lost my appetite in a restaurant before in mylife but it did today. Read more
Are server Janera (I believe it?s spelled) was amazing she was very energetic and quick with getting and (REMEMBERING) all of... our requests. Food was was good although I was a little sad they were out of cilantro vinaigrette that comes on the mango saladso I did balsamic instead. Read more

This place is fantastic--classy, friendly staff, great location, good food and drinks. This is currently my favorite place to... have dinner and watch a game in downtown Tulsa. Plenty of TV's and really nice decor and lighting make the atmosphereexceptional. Also, Sarah is one of the nicest people working bar in Tulsa. Read more
Super convenient spot for pub-style meal or libation if you're attending an event at BOK Center. Friendly sports bar atmosphere.
