I went in to the store with my wife to get some ice cream. Since we were already there, we also grabbed some eggs for breakfast.... We went up to check out and no one helped us. There were three workers but they tired their best to avoid eye contacts. I knowit was 15 minutes before closing but that doesn't mean they can ignore their customer. My wife walked up to the counter, and twowalked away and the other ignored her saying, "excuse me?" purposefully. They totally ghosted us. Finally, someone from the backwho was mopping saw my wife and came out to helped us(he's name tag said Angel). I believe the grocery check out wasn't hissection because he didn't seem confident or didn't say our total. It was the worst Braum's experience I've ever had. Usually,this location is bad at making ice cream sundae or any other fancy ice cream. More to that, no one welcomed us or helped us tocheck out. Read more
Most perfect sundae! Especially compared to a couple other Braums around town.
The vanilla ice scream was yummy. Nothing super extraordinary but enjoyable nonetheless.

First time to a Braum's. Overall a good experience. Went there for dessert and the service was fast and they were very... accommodating in answering questions about their menu and ice cream desserts. Good selection and they allow you to sampledifferent flavors. Great place for a quick bite to eat or dessert stop. The small grocery food store side is also convenientif you need some last minute food items. Read more
I had a great experience at this location! The staff were all working hard and were very friendly. The place was busy and we got... out order fresh and in a very reasonable amount of time considering how long it takes to make shakes and sundaes for a crowd. Ilove Braum's because their food quality is high and always fresh. I had a #1 combo with jalapenos and a shake and they were bothdelicious. I think Cookie monster ice cream is my new favorite ???? Very busy, but good experience. We met some friends here with the family. It was really busy and they are in the middle of a... pretty extensive remodel. It took a long time to get our order, but the people working were really helpful and working hard toget everything done. I felt well taken care of, even with the crowd. Read more
