The food is good BUT, everytime I order something from the window that is a little complex (like 2 of the burgers with braums... sauce and jalapeños), they seem to be unable to accomplish the task and I don't get what I asked for. Lack of attention todetail, I asked the lady at the window if it was exactly what I asked for and she said yes, I found out it was wrong when I gothome. They can't seem to get their shakes right, and I keep ending up with essentially a cup of milk that sometimes has a slight... flavor of the icecream I chose. Seems like they need some type of way to determine how much icecream they should put into theshakes. Read more

I?m giving one star to the punk working in the drive thru around 8:45 9/23 in Bixby. After he took my order, which was two ice... creams, I pull up to pay and the guy says, hi you look lovely tonight. I didn?t, and it was so fake but I said thank you. Hethen kind of yelled at me, what??? Like I said something else. I told him that I said thank you, and he said, oh. My daughterand I looked at each other, and I wanted to say something, but I didn?t because he was probably the manager and I know no onewants to work fast food! But the whole weird exchange would have been extremely triggering if you had problems with malesyelling at you. ONLY the 109th and Memorial location in Tulsa...took 25 minutes to get order bc they gave it to the drivethru. When we got it,... the food was warm at best...and tasted like it had been sitting there in the wrapper for at least 30 minutes. Go to the one at71st and Hwy 51 in BA. You may have to deal with some rude workers but your food will taste alot better. Read more

Absolutely the best ice cream in Tulsa. Inexpensive, delicious flavors. Best milk to buy, delicious food. The staff on 109th are... the sweetest and most helpful. We had issues with the card reader every time we used our card, made them aware; not long afterthat there was a new card reader. Will never stop coming here. Read more

Absolutely disgusting. I went here for ice cream last week and the restaurant was absolutely filthy, trash bag spread out on... counter, ice cream melted all over floors, counters, old milk cups just sitting around. I got sick from my milkshake and threwup all night. I am calling the health department. Astonishing the management did not care. Also it took over 6 and a halfminutes to be greeted at the cone line even though multiple employees looked at me and walked by, focusing on drive throughonly. And their music they were listening to in their earbuds (actual earbuds, not drive through headsets). I also WATCHED thecleaning water splash multiple times in an open ice cream square that was sitting on the counter, then that ice cream scoopedinto a milkshake cup to be blended. Read more
