Every single time I go to this location I have a problem. Either the employee at a window is rude or unprofessional or my order... is wrong. I always order the same thing, double scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough in a cone. I have ordered this for years.Very regularly. Tonight the ice cream tasted gritty or old. It was so odd I had them remake it thinking it had to vm gavemistakenly been a similar flavor like cookies and cream. Nope. The second was worse than the first. I was 30 minutes early for my bus and I was hungry. I was afraid I would miss the bus but I decided to risk it.(as I said I was... hungry). The clerk was very polite but obviously rushing to get my order. I liked that There was someone else in a hurry!! Shehad my burger, fries,and iced tea bagged in less than 5 minutes. THANKS TO HER, I made it to the bus on-time. Kudos to Braum'sand to her! I wonder if she's going to be recognized for fast and quality service? Read more
This place was dirty. The shake machine was never cleaned between shakes. Stood at the register for 5 min before we got helped... even though there were a few workers just standing around talking between themselves. A lady that was there before us waswaiting on an order of fries and had to ask if the fries were done yet. They were done for awhile because I didn't see them dumpthe fries and I could clearly see the fry station where I was standing. The drink station was not filled. Only 1 lid on one sideand maybe 5 on the other. There was soda and tea all over. It had always been clean and stocked before. But this visit is makingme not want to return. Read more

The food was good, similar to other Braum?s locations. There?s plenty of seating available as well. I gave them a 4/5 because... they could do a better job keeping the place clean. Would highly recommend getting their cappuccino chunky chocolate ice creamflavor, it?s by far their best. Read more
This location needs a good solid scrub down. Visible food residue on the edges of the ice cream counter (behind the protective... glass). Everything seemed tacky to the touch. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Staff was friendly. Read more
