We had the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It and the fries were hot and tasted great. The staff was polite and helpful.

I live right around the corner from this Braums. It's a running joke in my household that not only will they mess up each and... every order but how badly! As we wait we discuss it and the winner (the one whose is messed up worst) gets bragging rights untilnext time! It's so bad! We keep going back for the jokes and most definitely NOT the customer service (0/5 stars) correctness orfreshness of the food but simply the jokes about how Every. Single. Time the order is wrong but the ice cream is good and thestore has quality products so 2 stars. Read more
My son and I both commented that the lady who's running the counter today is one of the best customer service people we had ever... dealt with. She worked hard and went above and beyond to take care of her customers! Great job! Read more
Went here at about 8:42. Rude woman working the counter complained that I ordered too much, I got two burgers and three ice... creams. She tried to cut over me multiple times and not let me finish ordering. Yelled at me when I said I wasn't done with a"WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" Got to the counter, threw my change at me, gave no receipt and demanded I pull to the front. When we wereparked we could see her complaining about us and pointing. Really hope she doesn't get to keep her job with that attitude. The 2women who brought our food out were super sweet, way different from her. If she hates her job that much, she should quit. Ican't imagine how she treats people with actually large orders. Read more
I saw a sign that said spicy chicken sandwich. I'm a self-proclaimed spicy chicken sandwich connoisseur and had to try it. I... tried the spicy chicken sandwich and regular crispy chicken sandwich. For an ice cream shop that spicy chicken sandwich waspretty good it had all the fixings that a sandwich should have. The spiciness of the breading was just spicy enough for theentire family. The crispy chicken sandwich was good just less flavorful because of the little spice. Overall if I wasn't buyingice cream and was hungry I would buy the spicy chicken sandwich again. But normally I buy the banana split because I'm atraditionalist for ice cream. Read more
