Fries are never fresh, the staff is beyond rude and disrespectful. Employees leaning against the counters and basically saying... in front of customers I hate working here and disrespectful to customers. Restaurant is hardly clean. Your wait time is anywherefrom 5 to 30 minutes. I wait in line inside to order ice cream for 20+ minutes before I left to go to another location thathelped me in 5 minutes and a lot nicer. The part that gets me is why have over a 20 minute wait time when you have 10 peopleworking. 2 in the kitchen, 3 in the drive thru, 1 on the register, and 4 doing shakes and ice cream. I just don't understand why it's so difficult. I used the drive-thru for my order and specifically asked for "4 minute" fries. ... (An employee at this store suggested I request them that way since I like crispy fries). When the order was handed to me, theemployee confirmed that one order of fries had been cooked longer. I get the order home and you can't tell a difference in thetwo orders of fries...neither are crispy. Read more
This place had some really good people working there. Always ready to help you out. At check out. Or getting a burger. Now, not... so much. Seems they hired some younger staff. That just doesn't do the job as well. I'll give it about 1 more try. Beforepassing it by. Read more
Great food,but they have NEVER gotten my order correct. They have F'd it up the last 10 orders. Very simple orders at that! Also... a super long wait. They do seem to be trying their best. Will update again in the future. Read more
Super nice staff. Burgers were so yum and the ice cream ( vanilla and caramel pecan pie sundae, strawberry shortcake) was... delicious! Prices were great too. Wish they had one in NC! Read more
Usually have a good experience, but lately has gone down. They never have cherry limeade sherbet out anymore and they won't... make it for you out of the cartons they sell. The chicken strips I was given were miserable nuggets compared to the usual goodsized strips. The cheese on the burger wasn't even half melted. Very disappointed lately by the lack of the usually satisfyingcustomer service and quality. Read more
I went through the drive through and although they were not busy I was asked to wait. The Young man mumbled horribly and could... barely be understood when ordering. At first I assumed that it was the intercom but he sounded EXACTLY the same at the window. I ordered a banana split and as you can see from the photos, there is no banana to be seen. Update; I have started to eat myso called banana split and found a piece of banana on the bottom. Literally underneath the ice cream. While visiting my family here in Tulsa Oklahoma, I went to Braum's. The drive through experience was great. She was patient, ... understanding, and nice, since I didn't know what the menu is. Some employees sigh or get rude, not her she was profesional ather job. Read more
