If this is the Braum's off of 71st in Sheridan that I completely do not like this place because I ordered a chicken dinner And... they completely gave me gravy that looked like they might have just poured milk into a container and threw some pepper into it.And I kind of get the impression that they knew it because they were laughing about it when they handed us the food. Not a fan of this location anymore. Last 5 times I have been the food was not very tasty and overcooked. Used to be such a great... place. Breakfast right before 8am had exrra grease on bottom of tray, eggs rubbery and hashbrowns were so hard the fork couldnot spear any. The biscut was awful and not flaky in any way. Gravy was very cold. Also saw 2-3 vehicles pulled forward waitingthe whole time I was waiting. And I drove past them still. Hope they get better but will not be stopping here for some time. Read more
Great food, good quality ingredients and large portions for the price. Based on that alone it should have 4 to 5 stars,... unfortunately the drive thru service is THE SLOWEST I've ever consistently experienced, and is indifferent to the discussionlocation. Maybe this is a product of the freshness but I am not sure. Otherwise expect great food at a good price and add alittle extra time to get it. Read more
We moved along 71st in 2016. We visited this store often. Every single time our order was wrong. We rarely went in. One time my... wife had pulled up to get her order and the 2 managers were being told by someone that they shouldn't scheduled breaks at thesame time. We moved at the beginning off 2020. Tonight (12-28-21) we were in the area and a hamburger and a sunday sounded good.we were so greatly disappointed. Nothing had changed! This time we decided to go in an order and pick out our sunday. We orderedgot our drinks and then we went to the restrooms. We received our orders and they were wrong, twice. We decided to leave ratherthan order ice cream. Sure, Braum?s is a staple here in Oklahoma. The burgers are great, the ice cream is amazing and they?re on every corner. I?ve... never had an issue with customer service. But today, I did receive exceptional customer service. So much so, that I had toshare... I had a little break at work and needed a place to crash and do some paperwork... I don?t usually do breakfast here, sowasn?t really familiar with the menu choices. The young lady who helped me, Trinity (name tag says Shift Leader) was superhelpful, nice and sweet!! It's fine, ever since the ownership of the company changed it has really gone down hill. The ice cream is still affordable at... least but they used to have 3rd round burgers now it's quarter pound burgers. Also the company treats it's employees badly. Justlots of problems. Read more
