Waited in line for 30 minutes. Order wasn't right. Forgot all condiments and napkins, straws, ect. For only three people that I... saw working and a drive-thru line out to the curb, they did exceptionally well and the best with what they were working withwhile we eagerly awaited in the pouring rain and they still had friendly and professional attitudes. The absolute worst BK I have ate at. Never visit a BK again. The product is atrocious and old. Take out order had three errors... out of 5 items. The bread was old and flat. No Fire was used to cook the meat. Meat was completely covered in Mustard, verylittle taste. Horrible Burger King. Read more
This place was horrible. The workers stared at us like we were white trash. The order was not right. We order the 2 for $10.00... and received this correctly. However, my wife only ordered a whopper then received a combo. Then the sourdough was not madecorrectly the buns was not toasted, the bacon did not taste right, there was no ice for the pop, and the pop tasted like newplastic. This is the only fast food restaurant in the area, so I was glad to see them open since I work in the area. Unfortunately, it... may be the worst Burger King in the state. The turnover rate is evidently high because I rarely see the same people working thedrive-thru, and most seem to be new and poorly trained. The cooks are also poorly trained, which translates to poormanagement. My most recent visit was for breakfast. I ordered the pancakes, which were great (especially for 89 cents)! Ialso ordered a sourdough sausage egg and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was barely warm, cheese not melted, bread not toasted,and there was some black moldy looking substance on the bun. I ended up throwing the sandwich away. (you can see this patheticsandwich in the photo below) I had previously tried a Sourdough King burger and it too was not toasted, so the burger is servedbetween two cold pieces of bread. The frozen sandwiches that you can buy at the grocery store and microwave are better thanmost of the menu items at this Burger King. I have found that value meal items and fries are decent here. As long as you stickto small sandwiches that they can fully heat up, the quality is acceptable. The service is usually very fast... Probablybecause they don't spend time fully cooking or preparing the food. I only stop there when I am in a hurry for breakfast or aquick lunch because it is the only place to eat in the area. It would be nice if they were at least close to the food qualityof other Burger Kings in the city. Read more
