I got the standard Philly cheese steak and bacon cheese fries. The fries were nothing special, you can get the same quality at... Jack in the Box. The sandwich was good for what it was with fair portions of meat and cheese. Do be aware however, that theywill put burger toppings on your cheese steak. Absolutely discusting! Still frozen and I cant even eat it. They use a pre frozen paper thin piece of cheese looking meat..... hardly any cheese and it's super dry.... Had to throw it in the trash. French fries with cheese would be good if the fries werecooked a lil more fresh the fries tasted like they were cooked 24 hours ago. Read more

I love eating here. Everyone is polite and so nice to the customers. They do really care about their food quality and the the... smiles we get when we order the food. The employees are mannered and care about the quality they give out. The restaurant can dosome cleaning here and there but overall nice place to eat while shopping. I ordered the original Chicken Philly and it was delicious. It comes with grilled onions, green peppers, mushrooms and cheese.... You can add lettuce, tomato and dressing if desired. My sandwich with flavorful and the bread very soft. I also enjoyed astrawberry lemonade along with my sandwich. It had pieces of strawberries mixed in the drink. Hit the spot. Next time I'm atthe mall I will be sure to stop at Charleys to get another Philly. If you like Philly sandwiches you should try Charleys. Read more
