Charlies Chicken is a fast-food restaurant that serves actual meals instead of the usual fare. They have what I would call ?home... cooking? foods. Things like meatloaf, chicken fried steak, chicken strips & livers. They also have a great selection of sidedishes to complement your main dish. The corn dodgers, deep fried nuggets of corn, are to die for. Charlies has deep friedchicken livers that are, in my opinion, the best thing on the menu. I have never really liked livers until I tried these. Theyare rich & juicy, with just the right amount of breading & spices. Whatever you order at Charlies you will not be disappointed.I love everything except the gizzards. That is where I draw the line. Lastly, I need to tell you about the rolls. They areabsolutely the best rolls you can get anywhere. If there are better ones, I haven't tried them yet. Read more

I dont understand why anybody likes this dry, unseasoned chicken. Its extremely overpriced for the amonut of flavor it has. I'm... left in a state of bewilderment that this restaurant has so many good reviews. I had it twice just to be sure my first time wasjust a bad fluke or maybe an off day but it wasnt. The people were nice but Im rating this place on the food & price and itsgets 2 thumbs way down. So if u are into bland unseasoned fried chicken & sides this is the place to go. Read more
