Very disappointed in my regular meal. The bacon avocado chicken sandwich sandwich. It had no sauteed onions which is what makes... the sandwich amazing so therefore the chicken had 0 flavor. We were introduced to it in Ponca City (see Ponca City photoattached)and my roommate was in Heaven after tasting mine and he doesn't EVER eat onions or avocado but he did that day &canceled his order. Friday, just before noon, and I arrived with 4 other adults. Servers were very friendly, and drinks arrived quickly. But, the... meals - probably an hour after ordering; and two of the meals came out wrong and had to be re-made/added to. My burger wastasty, though they could have used a smaller plate as the meal physically appeared tiny. All in all it was past 2pm before wegot out. Read more
The food was delicious and the margarita was very good. I got the fajita plate. Their chicken is so well seasoned and very... tender. The peppers were soft and easy to eat. Our problem was the staff. The lady was nice when she was around but the locationdidn't have enough waitresses. She had so many tables. It was just a bit of a struggle and took a long time for the check outtablet to make it to us. Read more
This was literally a waste of time and money. Ordered food to go ..had to wait they misplaced the iPad, they finally brought out... the order. We were missing a drink, they said they'd bring it right out. We checked to see if the order had the right number ofcontainers, ( it was a $100 order) waited a few more minutes had to go inside to get the drink. We got back to our hotel. Nosilverware sets or ketchup. Though we clearly have that and ketchup marked on our receipt. They left the fries out of one of theorders and the quality of food we received was definitely not what we paid for. Wow ...Just wow...it's not hard. Read and followwhat's on the receipt. Took forever to get seated. Manager couldn't find enough menus. Waitress had no problem. Ask customers were seated in 1 section... with 3 waitresses and it was very crowded. Manager was spending more time repairing booths that were unoccupied than helpinganyone. Food was cold and not according to our order. Never Returning! Read more
We had a fantastic dinner. The food was wonderful. It came in a timely fashion and was served with a smile. Then we both got... the molten chocolate cake desert. Oh! It was so good. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience that did not clean out mywallet. Read more
