Very very disappointed. Burrito was just crumpled up and the bowl was supposed to have extra everything and the portion size... does not match that. I have ordered from here before and it was fine but this is not acceptable. Read more

What happened to the portion sizes, both of my bowls were missing literally a third of the food? You?re charging more due to... inflation, I expect the same amount of food or more, not less. Cherry on top, food was cold. Read more
I haven't been since before COVID 19 but It was ok the food looked like it hadn't been refreshed. The young lady piled up the... person's in front of me then with my order I had to keep asking for a lil more please, (I guess because it was at the bottom shewas saving but it was only 6pm ?) She literally packed the cups in front of me by pushing it down and trickled meat on mine? Idon't know if I'll be going back. I just didn't know how many times I was supposed to ask for a proper amount. This is adifferent location than before... I don't know.... All rice, lettuce and beans I don't need to pay $40 for that again. Read more
Literally disgusting. The guacamole was bad and they still had the audacity to put it on my two bowls. Called the store and they... didn?t answer. They were also out of chicken, brisket, fajita veggies, and steak. Never going back to this location after thisexperience. Read more
We stopped by and got the chicken burrito and the carnitas burrito. Been here before and this food is always good tasting clean... fun. Speaking of fun it was nice they weren't doing all that stupid mask and social distancing making it difficult for me toeat. The staff is real friendly and made it the way I like it. Read more
Used Chipotle for a catering order. Didn't much like the fact I had to place 2 separate orders to get a "Burrito by the Box" &... also 5 custom made burritos BUT we were all pleased with our food! Great tasting food, plenty of chips, and condiments to goaround, and everyone was full. Had a couple of my team members say they couldn't even finish their burritos because they were sobig! Loved the packaging of the "Burritos by the Box" easy to carry & included all we needed. The burritos were sort of cold butto be honest they were still very delicious. The service received was so-so though. Order was ready upon arrival which was nice.But than when asking about rewards was told I could only do that if I paid in store....although I placed the whole order onlinewhich I thought was silly. But looking in the app I located that you could indeed do it afterwards, which I advised the lady atthe counter, (guess she wasn't aware). I also had to ask for assistance in getting the order to my car which I thought was a bitodd since the boxes had some weight to them, plus I had 2 of them and a bag for my custom burritos. But a nice gentleman didindeed help me get it to my car. Overall pleased with our experience and would consider Chipotle again for future ordering. Read more
Every person working made eye contact and was extremely kind. The food was almost the best Chipotle I've had yet. The bathroom... was clean and all utensils and condiments were filled. Great job guys! Read more
