Crew were rude very unfriendly. How? I have a very low voice, and the crew was mimicking me on how I should speak louder. That... is disrespectful and very unpleasant experience. The cashier act as if she did not want to be there. No smile friendly welcomefrom anyone in the store. That just made the food taste worse. Then they tried to subsidize portion. Meaning they were trying tofeed customer with smaller portion. Why? A. they did not have any more rice cook. B. the rice has been there and it was turninginto rocks and trying to feed customer old hard rocks rices C. they were to lazy to obtain a fresh pot. Most of the crew lookslike their head was chopped off and did not know what they were doing. One pretending to clean and was tossing food into the potand feeding customer with it. That is very much disgusting. I will never ever go to that  particular Chipotle ever.  I wantsome form of compensation for my experience and the taste of food. Horrible experience I placed my first pick up order won't ever happen again I arrive at given time I will not lie it was packed... the wait was 10 minutes after pick up they asked my name several times & they placed bags Iom shelf never did they vall my nameso I didn't want to touch all over bags like other customers were doing I waited then a customer stated I think this is yours soI confirmed and left I should have checked but wanted family to get hot food as I just got off work I ordered one steak imechicken I got two steaks and I'm starving & beyond frustrated with two hungry kids I won't drive back tonight I did call whichwas pointless Read more

I ordered using points from the chipotle app and my order had been swiped. The crew member in charge of take out quickly made a... new burrito and continued to take care of other customers quickly and efficiently. It is sad to see the patio overrun withvagrancy and garbage, perhaps management can make some changes to that area. Read more

I love Chipotle, but this location is a nightmare. It was FILTHY! Not just the kitchen and serving counter; the dining area too.... Not one clean table in the place. Just disgusting. Spilt food just left and smeared everywhere. There was a lunchtime line, yettwo employees just standing there talking over a bowl of rice that one of them was halfway stirring while they visited. No carein customer service, quality or food presentation. The steak and guac were both empty and instead of refilling betweencustomers, they waited until they were completely out to request more steak from the back. I paid for a steak bowl that did nothave a full serving of meat. I asked for mild red salsa like I do on every single bowl I've ever ordered, but they put somethingdifferent on it. Hot as fire. I couldn't eat any part of the bowl that the fire had touched. And the worst part was the rice. Itwas hard and chewy and ruined the entire meal for me. The steak bowl ???? ???? was extremely good and they are very generous with their portions. The food is fresh and the staff were... all super ???? friendly and helpful. The restaurant is in a very nice, trendy part of town. I was very glad ???? we went thereand will definitely go back again if I'm back in Tulsa again... SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!!! Read more
