Ordered sat at table 30 min later was told 15 min behind. Changed order to go . 30 min later still no food. Talked to... manager first excuse is we are running behind i said an hour gor a pizza. She refunded cost. Offered some pastries i declinedan left store. Totaly unacceptable service. I will never visit this store again. Read more
This store at 96th str Owasso was so good for a long time but the store has been terrible the last 3 times we've gone there. I... called to complain about the sandwiches we had they promised to send a gift certificate to us, that never happened. We likeseveral things at Panera but they just keep disappointing here lately. Panera on Cherry Street in Tulsa has TERRIBLE service. My office and I used to order about once a week for 3-5 people. Its... gotten so expensive and the last few months, every time we ordered, it was delivered with an incorrect order. The receipt onthe bag is correct, however, there are wrong sandwiches and order EVERY TIME. We stopped for a couple of months, tried againtoday. Spent $37 for 2 sandwiches to be delivered. Again, bag / receipt were correct, but one of the sandwiches was acompletely different one than ordered. I tried to call and it took me about 8 different tries and about 15 minutes to getthrough to an actual person. They said they'd be happy to make the correct one, but couldn't deliver, we'd have to pick it up. No help at all. We will not be using Panera again. They really need to get it together!!! Read more
