Listen, I'm a HUGE Chipotle fan. So for me to leave a negative review for one they have gotta be doing it WRONG. This was my... third time to eat at this location. Every single time there were dirty tables with food debris and trash on them, because thetrash cans were so overflowing that people who had dined in had LITERALLY nowhere to throw their trash away. There is food andtrash on the floor. There is trash falling from the trash cans onto the ground. Tables are not cleaned when people haveleft. Since I'm usually eating at home, I simply cringe and leave usually. However TODAY... "we're low on black beans" turnedinto half a scoop of beans. "We're out of cheese" and no offer of replacement with queso. When I asked if they were subbing forqueso, I was told no. Excuse me? So... if I'm getting half of the food requested then why am I not paying half of theprice?? Next issue. If you order a drink they FORGET TO MENTION that their ice machine is broken. So, no cold drinks. I don'tknow that I'm able to eat in this establishment again. If you're Chipotle Corporate and you're reading this: THROW THEIRMANAGEMENT TEAM AWAY AND START OVER. The food is good like always, but a reoccurring theme is chipotle to run out of food. I still have not been able to try the new... chicken, and yesterday had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook the plain chicken. There were 8 standing inline. This was only the second time I've eaten here. Wow, things have changed for the better. My wife and I both had bowls. Hers was... pulled pork, mine the new chicken asada. Both were great. Heads up, the hottest salsa is HOT, and delicious. I got mine on theside. If they had put it "on" my bowl, it would have been too hot. And, I love spicy food! Waited for 30 minutes because I was on date night with my grandbaby and this is where they chose to go. Out of every vegetarian... option without soy. No veggies, no apologies. What brown rice was left was stuck to the bottom of the pan but they apparentlythought that was ok to put in my bowl, even though he said he was grabbing some fresh-- it was hard as rocks. I ended up withrice, salsa and lettuce. I asked if I could just be charged for a couple sides and he completely ignored me. $9. My husband and I ordered a salad bowl and a burrito last night. It came very small and the rice in both was hard && crunchy!! I... could only eat a few bites and decided to try and get some chicken and there was hardly any chicken, they also forgot theguacamole. Won?t be returning spent $30 on the worst food ive ever had and it made me feel sick after undercooked rice. It cancause food poisoning or make you ILL. Read more
Possibly the worst Chipotle I?ve seen, the kitchen and dining area are trashed and dirty with food everywhere. Dead flies all... over the windows. Second time visit and last time! Ridiculously small portions, for the price! They scraped the bottom of the pan brown rice... instead of getting a new batch. Tiny serving of old scraped rice. Would have said something but was rushed through the line tothe cashier to pay so unable to watch the order being prepared. They completely left out the chicken in both chicken bowlorders. Read more
