Most of the staff was rude. Trying to be too cute to work. There was one person filling orders eating at the same time right... over people's food. I've seen them not take out the full order to the customer, I guess too cute to carry 2 bags, and watch theperson drive away missing food and just say oh well... Destroy and rebuild. Fire the whole crew, and get anyone else who takespride in themselves. Working anywhere is about self pride. Read more
Just got the 12pc leg and thigh family meal and it's disgusting smh. It's 2:20 in the afternoon and this food taste days old to... me. The gravy have some type of specks in it not sure what it is. Put they also put it in the mashed potatoes I'm sure sincethat has gravy on it. The coleslaw has a bitter tangy taste, idk but I know it's nasty. As slow and seemingly ignorant as the employees might be at this location, the food does always taste good. Once in a while, we... might have some old coleslaw, or some refried chicken, but, it manages to taste fine. Although slower than cold molasses, mostof the time, they get the job done at least. The service here was fast and efficient. The restaurant is older, but clean. The chicken was crispy in the outside, giving it... a wonderful crunch with every bite. My favorite sides include the gooey macaroni and cheese or the fried okra. The coleslaw istasty as well. Read more
Old reheated chicken was absolutely disgusting served with a cold dry biscuit !!!
